| In the spring of 2005, New Life Harvest purchased 20 acres of land. We are in the process of building a 100' x 100' church on Mud Pike Road in Radford. A fellowship hall is also in the plans at a later date. (Click images for larger view) |

| March 1, 2008 - Ground breaking (see more photos in the Photo Gallery) Over the last 3 years we have been preparing for this day. The church has worked together faithfully deciding on all of the things that we would like to offer our congregation and the new members that we expect as we move toward a new day of worship and spiritual growth. We are excited about our close proximity with the Carillion New River Valley Medical Center as the church will be in direct view from most of the waiting rooms at the hospital. We want to be able to minister to as many hurting people as possible and we feel like the Lord is placing us in this area for that reason. Pastor Dallas Vines has stated from the beginning that her desire is that people will be able to look over from the hospital and be reminded that there is hope. She also admonished the congregation this past Sunday that our main goal in this project is to reach the lost. The new building will feature an expandable sanctuary that will allow for larger events and concerts. It will be a modern facility to accommodate for the needs of today’s church. Contractors will handle most of the work, but church members will volunteer throughout the project. We want to thank all that came out on Saturday, March 1st, and worked . From the ladies preparing the food to the men and women down in the dirt. Thank you for the unity, prayers and hard labor. |
